Ergo Conference 2021
This year, we had our conference at the EMA building, and we will return there, as the facilities were very good and the staff were excellent.
This year’s conference centred around the change of shareholders and looking at what keeps Ergo the place where we all want to work. It was a great opportunity to openly talk about what our ideals look like and how Ergo can support those ideals in reality.
It was a celebration of us all, a real acknowledgment of the hard work and energy that has kept business a success.
We rounded off the afternoon with some fun team building activities, and the competitive ones amongst us got the rewards they were hoping for (as pictured)
