Our Technical Specialist Engineers are expected to deliver the following:

Protection Engineers

  • Development of protection schemes.
  • Relay configuration.
  • Protection settings.
  • Protection reports.
  • Review of protection designs.

Power System Analysis Engineers

  • Power system analysis using tools such as Power Factory, PSCAD, and ETAP.
  • Well written, analytical reports based on network and /or generation studies

We are searching for a self-motivated, technically capable engineer to join our protection team.

To be considered a strong candidate for this role you will need to:

  • HV/MV Substation experience.
  • 8+ years post graduate engineering experience.
  • Be passionate about Engineering.
  • Be degree qualified.
  • Possess good analytic and report writing skills
  • Possess excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
  • A strong technical knowledge of specifications, standards and codes.
  • Lead technical discussions with clients to determine the optimal solution to meet their needs
  • Develop and review protection standards for clients and internal use.
  • Assist in motivating, mentoring and training team members.
